The Ben Pimlott Building - Goldsmiths College Flagship 7-storey structure providing purpose built teaching space for art within the New Cross campus. JC Planning undertook the full site planning role from tender through to completion on this project. The project involved the construction of the structure, envelope, fit out and external works on a design and build contract.

Caxton Hall (The Asticus Building) - IVG Asticus 10-storey cylindrical office building neighboured on three sides with St James's underground station next door. JC Planning was commissioned to produce all necessary programmes from tender to completion on this project. Weekly site visits were carried out to ensure that the project was progressing to programme. The project involved the construction of basement structure, frame, envelope, Cat A fit out and external works.

St George Wharf, Vauxhall - St George South London Limited St George Wharf is a large residential development comprising 22 stories of apartment blocks set on the River Thames at Vauxhall Bridge. JC Planning has provided a full site planning role on this project during the key stages of the development and construction.

St Pancras Station Extension The redevelopment of St Pancras station to accommodate the new international Eurolink service. JC Planning has provided planning support to many of the package contractors on this project.

Hilton Hotel Tower Bridge - More London Development The construction of a new Hilton hotel by Tower Bridge incoporating the use of unitised cladding, bathroom pods and structural precast party walls. This CM project involved the construction of entire building from basement structures to full fit out. JC Planning provided a full site planning role on this project.
