Programmes are produced using various industry software, e.g. Powerproject, Suretrak & Microsoft Project.

The production of a detailed programme is essential to the good management of a project. All programmes developed by JC Planning are fully logic linked and coded to enable the extraction of trade contractor works, phasing's, floors, etc. This also allows for the project to be monitored on a regular basis and progress marked up, highlighting areas at an early stage that may have impact on the critical path activities, and provide an alternative solution to the problem.
